How long to receive 30 shirts? Production and printing time for uniform shirts
How long does it take to get 30 shirts? This is a very practical question when you need uniform shirts for a company, group, team, store, or event, but do not want to wait too long. Quick answer: For an order of 30 uniform shirts, completion time can be around 1–3 working days if the shirt design is simple, materials are in stock, and the design file is finalized. If you need custom-sewn shirts, a complex design, printing in multiple positions, or are ordering during peak season, it may take longer. If you need exactly 30 shirts and have a specific delivery date in mind, the fastest way is to send the shirt sample + image/logo to be printed + quantity + required delivery date to Lulo T-shirt so they can check the progress before confirming the order.
How long does it take to make 30 uniform shirts? Not all 30-shirt orders have the same production time. Delivery time depends mainly on: Whether shirts are in stock or need to be custom-sewn, fabric type and color, quantity per size, whether the design file is completed, how long sample approval takes after designing, printing or embroidery technique, number of print locations, complexity of the print, time of order, delivery location, etc.

Can 30 shirts be ready in 1 day? It is possible in some cases, but you should not assume that every 30-shirt order can be ready on the same day. Fast turnaround depends on whether the workshop has in stock: The exact shirt model, correct color, full sizes, completed print file, printing supplies, and current production schedule at the time of order. If you need 30 shirts within the day or the next day, please state your deadline clearly upon contacting. For example: “I need 30 shirts, black, sizes S–XL, with a logo printed on the chest, and I need to receive them by this Friday.” Such specific information helps the workshop check feasibility much faster than a generic question like: “How long for 30 shirts?”.
6 factors determining the delivery time for 30 shirts
1. In-stock shirts or custom-sewn? This is usually the most influential factor. If you choose in-stock shirts, the workshop can focus directly on steps like printing, inspection, and packaging. If shirts must be custom-sewn, the process may include: Selecting fabric → making samples → cutting → printing/embroidering → sewing → inspecting → finishing → packaging. Therefore, custom-sewn shirts usually require more time than in-stock shirts.
2. Is the design file completed? If you already have the logo, images, content to print, colors, sizes, and print positions ready, the workshop can process it faster. If you do not have a design yet, extra time is needed to create or edit the file, approve the sample, and make adjustments. Nowadays, many people use AI tools to generate logos and print content, but most workshops have to redesign them to be usable for printing. Do not assume that images created by AI are ready for printing; more than 90% of people mistakenly believe this. If you want 30 shirts completed quickly, prepare your print file from the start if possible.
3. What is the printing technique? Not all prints follow the same production process. For example: Small chest logo printing, text printing, multi-color image printing, front and back printing, sleeve printing, multiple print positions. The more complex the design or the more print positions, the longer the processing time may be.
4. Is the size breakdown complex? An order of 30 shirts may consist of only 2–3 sizes or be distributed across many different sizes.
Example: S = 3 M = 8 L = 10 XL = 7 XXL = 2
Many suppliers do not accept too many sizes, but at Lulo T-shirt, it is different. We accept sizes even for people weighing up to 160kg or children's sizes. An order of 30 shirts can even have 17 different sizes, but confirming the exact size chart right from the start helps minimize errors and prevents having to adjust the order during production.
